A Montana butcher shop has cut the ribbon on the installation of a 24-hour meat vending machine in Bozeman, according to a KBZK news report. Daniels Gourmet Meats, operated by third-generation butcher Austin Daniels, recently launched the machine outside its storefront, offering customers access to fresh products at any time of day.

The touchscreen kiosk is stocked daily with a range of items, including bratwurst, jerky, bacon and various cuts of steak. Daniels said the machine is designed to maintain product quality through built-in refrigeration systems, including a compressor, condenser and temperature sensors. The offering reflects the shop's focus on quality and locally sourced meats, much of it purchased from within Montana.

Daniels said the concept was driven by customer demand for after-hours access, particularly among outdoor enthusiasts and others unable to visit during regular business hours. While the novelty of buying steak at all hours has drawn attention, the primary goal is to provide convenience and extend the shop's reach beyond its traditional schedule.
