Aramark ranks among Philadelphia’s top employers

Aramark has placed among the top three employers in the Extra-Large Company category of the Philadelphia Business Journal's 2026 Best Places to Work awards, according to a press release.

The category recognizes companies with at least 300 employees in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Award recipients were selected through employee surveys measuring engagement, communication, leadership, benefits and overall workplace experience. Aramark was one of five finalists in its category, with the final rankings announced during an awards ceremony July 23.

Abigail Charpentier, Aramark's executive vice president and chief human resources officer, said the recognition reflects the company's efforts to create an inclusive and engaging workplace. Aramark attributed the ranking to its investments in career development, employee well-being, leadership opportunities and a service-oriented corporate culture.
