A mother-daughter team has opened a flower vending machine offering bouquets around the clock at Telford Centre in England, according to a Shropshire Star report.

Kim Sager and Sophie Christlow, who operate SK Flowers, unveiled the machine Oct. 3 outside McDonald's at the shopping center.

The refrigerated machine, supplied by Poland-based QuickVend Europe, holds up to six bouquets and allows the owners to monitor sales through a mobile app. It cost approximately $26,440.

The owners hope to expand beyond Telford, with Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury among the locations under consideration. Their longer-term goal is to reach major cities, although that would require arrangements for servicing machines beyond the area they can manage themselves, Sager told the news outlet.
