Five Star Breaktime Solutions has opened a consolidated regional office and distribution center in Antioch, a Nashville, Tennessee, neighborhood, according to a press release. The workplace refreshments provider said the move follows another facility relocation and upgrade completed earlier this year in Dothan, Alabama.

The 80,000-square-foot Nashville facility combines operations previously spread among four buildings totaling about 55,000 square feet. Five Star said it needed additional capacity after years of service expansion, regional economic development and customer growth across Middle Tennessee.

The new center more than doubles the size of the branch's product-picking lines and provides four times as much cold-storage capacity. It also includes a climate-controlled warehouse, a 40-person training room, an upgraded employee break room and office spaces designed to encourage collaboration.

During the opening ceremony, Five Star representatives presented a $5,000 donation from the company's Feeding the Future foundation to Hope Fellowship Church. The contribution will support a Rutherford County program that provides weekend food bags to students experiencing food insecurity. Headquartered in Chattanooga, Five Star offers vending, micro markets, pantry service, workplace beverages, dining and related services across 11 states.
