Five Star Breaktime Solutions has acquired Weber Custom Vending, expanding its vending and micro market operations in the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, areas, according to a press release. Terms were not disclosed.

The deal supports Five Star's continued growth in the Ohio Valley and adds five routes and 12 breakroom markets serving Cincinnati, Dayton, West Chester, Hamilton and surrounding communities.

Founded in 2014, Weber Custom Vending operates more than 400 vending machines across over 200 customer locations in southwestern Ohio. The company serves health care facilities, senior living communities and other businesses with customized breakroom services.

Five Star plans to incorporate the acquired operation into its existing facilities in Batavia and Beavercreek, Ohio. The company said using its established regional infrastructure will help maintain reliable service during the transition.

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a Chattanooga, Tennessee-based provider of workplace food and beverage services, including vending, micro markets, office coffee, water, pantry service, catering and corporate dining. Founded in 1993, the company has grown into one of the largest privately held convenience services operators in the United States.
