Nebraska pizza vending operator plans 2nd location

A Lincoln, Nebraska, entrepreneur is planning a second Pizzomatic location after operating a pizza vending machine near 48th and O streets for more than a year.

The operator, identified only as Juice, said the next machine will be in Lincoln's Haymarket district, according to a KOLN report.

A Lincoln High School graduate, Juice said he discovered pizza vending machines while searching for business ideas during a stint in California. He chose to bring the concept to his hometown, citing the higher cost of launching it in California. He spent about two and a half years securing the Lincoln location and another year developing the recipe.

Juice prepares approximately 275 to 400 pizzas a week and said sales have grown since the machine opened. He told KOLN that customer support has made the long hours worthwhile
