WM Robotics expands food vending beyond hot pies

The founders see additional opportunities in places where consumers want meals outside traditional retail hours.

The company's partnership with My Food Bag reflects its broader effort to transform vending from a source of snacks into a channel for convenient, healthier meals. My Food Bag CEO Mark Winter said early results indicate demand for the service. WM Robotics plans to add locations, expand its partnerships and introduce other self-service technology developed over the past several years.
