VMFS launches online vending machine configurator

VMFS USA has launched a real-time online vending machine configurator designed to streamline how operators and investors source and price equipment, according to a press release.

The tool allows users to build customized machines online and receive instant pricing and lead time estimates, eliminating the traditional process of contacting sales representatives and waiting for quotes. The company said the launch caps an eight-year effort to modernize a procurement process long characterized by delays and limited transparency.

The configurator enables users to select machine types, footprints and refrigeration options, while adding features such as elevator delivery systems or age verification. Once selections are made, the platform generates immediate cost and timing information.

The new tool is part of a broader ecosystem VMFS USA has developed to address gaps across the vending business lifecycle. That network includes VAdviced, which offers legal and financial support; VPlaced, which connects operators with host locations; VMarketed, which provides digital marketing services; and VFound, a mobile app that helps consumers locate nearby vending machines. Each platform was built with operator input to address specific operational challenges.

VMFS USA said the combined offering creates an end-to-end infrastructure for vending businesses, covering procurement, compliance, site acquisition, marketing and customer engagement. All platforms, including the configurator, are now live and available to operators in the U.S. and Latin America.
