Vendekin Technologies has launched a beta version of VendAiQ, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to help vending and self-service retail operators access information from their existing management systems, telemetry platforms and operational databases. The tool allows users to retrieve information through text or voice commands, providing answers related to sales, inventory, machine performance and other operational metrics, according to a press release.
The company said VendAiQ functions as a secure AI layer that sits on top of existing vending management software and connected machine networks. Designed to support compliance requirements and controlled data access, the platform does not require operators to replace their current hardware, telemetry systems or software. Vendekin said the hardware- and software-agnostic solution can connect with existing vending management systems in minutes and is accessible through both web and mobile interfaces.
Vendekin founder Aroon Khatter said VendAiQ is intended to simplify access to operational insights by turning data from connected machines into structured, easy-to-understand responses. The platform joins the company's broader portfolio of vending technologies, which includes connected machines, cashless payment systems, remote monitoring and inventory management tools.
