Small joins Diedrich from Coffee Talk Media (Vashon, WA), a group of print and digital publications focusing on the specialty coffee industry, where he was co-owner and editor. He brings 15 years' coffee knowledge and experience to his new post.

Founded in 1980 by a third-generation member of a renowned coffee-growing family, Diedrich Manufacturing has gone on to establish a global reputation. Today, it builds high-end roasters for an international clientele.
