Little Caesars has launched a self-service restaurant model in Dearborn Heights, according to a Detroit News report, marking its first such location in Michigan and only the second nationwide.

The concept eliminates direct human interaction, allowing customers to order through the mobile app or website and retrieve food from a designated pickup zone. The site also features self-serve Hot-N-Ready stations, where customers can select items, scan and pay using self-checkout before leaving.

The Dearborn Heights location follows a similar store opened in Rockford last year, signaling a broader test of automated retail formats within the brand. A grand opening event includes promotional giveaways and in-store entertainment to attract customers.
