Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport has added automated dining options from Evolvending near Gate B21 in Concourse B, offering travelers and airport employees meals and snacks around the clock, according to a press release.

The installation features White Castle, Wow Bao, Evolve CAFE and The Amish Pretzel Co., according to an press release from the airport and company.

The deployment expands food access beyond traditional restaurant hours and makes CVG the first airport to offer The Amish Pretzel Co. menu through Evolvending's retail network. The brand, developed by the bakers behind Ben's Soft Pretzels, offers sweet and savory pretzel products. Evolvending's platform allows the airport to change the mix of concepts based on customer preferences and demand.

Evolvending said it operates nearly 50 automated dining kiosks across eight airports and plans to open more than 60 additional locations in the coming months. CEO Valentina Ellison said in the release that the CVG installation supports the company's national expansion, while airport CEO Larry Krauter said the partnership improves convenience for customers and supports the airport's business performance.
