What Core includes
- Visual machine fronts: every slot shows its product, price, and fill level on the real machine layout, with low and empty stock flagged.
- Scan-to-fill planograms: build a layout by scanning barcodes, save it as a template, review every change in plain English, and roll back to any version.
- Per-slot inventory and restock: restock and recount from the console or the operator app, which keeps working without coverage.
- One product catalog: products with photos and multiple GS1 barcodes each, placed across machines from one place.
- DEX ingestion and live reconciliation: DEX reads arrive automatically from the Rain Pay reader, and the DEX meter, dispense records, and settlement ledger are checked against each other per machine.
- Reports and exports: sales, vends, margin, and top machines and products, with CSV and NAMA VDI 2.0 export.
- Daily attention digest: a once-a-day email of low or empty selections and machines that have gone quiet.
- Cashless with Rain Pay: tap, chip, and swipe on machines that support MDB cashless, with every card vend tied to a product.

Rain Pay Card Reader for Vending Machines
The Rain Pay reader from Dryline VMS adds tap, chip, and swipe to the vending machines you already run. Built on the Dejavoo QD3, it connects over MDB cashless alongside existing coin and bill acceptors, with Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or included cellular. Every card vend lands in Dryline tied to the product in the slot. $499 per machine.
