DrylineVMS

Dryline VMS is vending management software for operators of unattended machines. It shows each machine as its real front with product, price, and fill level on every slot, sets up planograms by scanning barcodes, tracks stock per slot, reconciles DEX, dispense, and settlement records, and reports sales tied to the product in each slot.

Usually, yes. If the machine supports MDB cashless, which most machines built in the last couple of decades do, the Rain Pay reader adds tap, chip, and swipe alongside the coin and bill acceptors already on it. The machine keeps taking cash, and every card vend lands in Dryline tied to the product in the slot.

DrylineVMS Core is $14.95 per active machine per month. DrylineVMS Pro is $34.95 per machine per month, all-in, and replaces Core. The Rain Pay reader is $499 one time per machine. There is no activation fee and no contract.

Core covers everything needed to see, record, reconcile, and restock a fleet. Pro adds the supply-chain layer: driver routes, a central warehouse with prekitting, forecasting and par levels, an exception workflow, anomaly and downtime alerts, and cross-location benchmarking. Core customers upgrade to Pro from inside the app.

DEX reads arrive automatically from the Rain Pay reader on each machine. Dryline checks the DEX meter, the dispense records, and the settlement ledger against each other per machine and flags any exceptions for review.

Open the machine's planogram and scan each product's barcode; it drops into the slot with its price. Save the layout as a template to reuse on similar machines, review every change in plain English before it goes live, and roll back to any earlier version.

Yes. The Dryline VMS operator app for iOS and Android handles restocks and recounts on site, scans with the phone camera or a Socket Mobile scanner, and keeps working without coverage. On Pro, drivers see their route for the day.

Rain Pay connects over Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or cellular. Cellular connectivity is included in the monthly cost.

Yes. Every report exports to CSV and inventory exports as a NAMA VDI 2.0 file. Service is month to month, so your records leave with you whenever you want.
