Payments and commerce technology provider Nayax reported second-quarter revenue of $122.6 million, up 28.2% from $95.6 million a year earlier, according to a press release. Recurring revenue from software subscriptions and payment processing increased 24% to $87.7 million, accounting for 72% of total revenue, while revenue from point-of-sale devices climbed 40.2% to $34.9 million.
The company's technology processed 815 million transactions totaling about $2.1 billion during the quarter. Its customer base grew nearly 20% to approximately 125,400, while the number of managed and connected devices increased nearly 13% to 1.55 million. Average revenue per unit rose 12.6% to $251.
Nayax recorded a net loss of $10.1 million, compared with net income of $11.7 million in the second quarter of 2025, largely because of higher stock-based compensation and financial expenses. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased to $14.1 million from $12.6 million. The company maintained its 2026 revenue forecast of $510 million to $520 million and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $85 million to $90 million, but lowered its expected free cash flow conversion to 5% to 10% of adjusted EBITDA.
