CREEDMOOR, NC -- Mark Manney of Loss Prevention Results Inc. is debuting his 117 page, 17 chapter, master Vending Loss Prevention Manual, The Culture of Controls: Training – Technologies – Tools & Tactics. It is now available for purchase through the Vending Times Book Store.

Manney spent three decades in retail loss prevention before entering the vending, food service and micromarket industry in 2002.
 
He developed the manual for vending operators incorporating and adapting proven retail loss prevention principles from the ground up, in the trenches in over 70 operations, and in hundreds of locations throughout 27 states. His COGs reduction program, deterrence and exposure of dishonest employees was so successful that through word of mouth at the owner/senior management level he stayed constantly busy until his retirement 'from the road' in 2015.

Manney stated: "As the years went on this manual constantly evolved becoming not only the foundation of my consulting deliverable, but this unique Loss Prevention 'Best Practices' road map was used to guide my client's management team to advance the 'Culture of Controls' in my absence.
