DALLAS, TX -- LAI Games reports that it is celebrating its most successful exhibit at the International Association of Amusements Parks and Attractions Expo in Orlando, FL last month. The company enjoyed a packed booth every day of the 2019 show, with extraordinary interest in the six new games that made their industry debut there: Outnumbered, Pearl Fishery, Hyperpitch, Amazing Alley, Toy Frenzy and the Monster Munch "ticket muncher."
In addition, The Big Expansion Pack – three new experiences available for the company's Virtual Rabbids 2-player ride – also was a hit with showgoers, LAI Games said.
Highlights at the show included a live tournament for Outnumbered, a target shooting videogame that offers a new operating paradigm by making use of a mobile app to reach players outside the arcade and drive repeat traffic to the venue.]
The company awarded the winners of each stage of play a trophy, an Outnumbered military hat and dog tags on the final day of the expo.
The company also held a press conference in conjunction with D-BOX (Toronto, ON, Canada) regarding the companies' collaboration on the motion simulation interface for the new Virtual Rabbids experiences and the introduction of Outnumbered. Speakers at the conference were D-BOX sales director Nicolas Bohly and LAI Games marketing director Tabor Carlton and product development vice-president Shannon Perell.
In addition, LAI Games reports that it received a record number of orders for its new games, including the pusher-style redemption game Pearl Fishery and Hyperpitch baseball-style pitching game.
