Stern Pinball has instituted "work from home" arrangements for many of its employees on account of the coronavirus outbreak, but will continue to operate its Elk Grove Village, Illinois manufacturing facility, including production and customer servicing for parts, accessories and merchandise, the company announced in a press release.
"We will be operating at a reduced production volume and with a smaller manufacturing work force," Gary Stern, president and CEO, said in the press release. "We will proactively communicate with our customers and our suppliers to the extent that the production of games or the delivery of incoming parts and supplies may need to be rescheduled."
