Several amusement companies have announced adjustments to their operations in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
Apple Industries Inc. has suspended all non-essential business travel and has limited its office visitors in response to the coronavirus, the company announced in a press release. The company has also restricted deliveries, customer parts pick-up, and service and repair drop-offs. Customers are advised to send an email to help@faceplacephoto.com to have repaired parts shipped.
While most team members are now working remotely, customers will continue to communicate with teams via phone and email. The company's sales, parts, technical support and marketing teams are available from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Customers can reach sales at sales@faceplacephoto.com.
Firestone Financial, a subsidiary of Berkshire Bank and a nationwide finance company serving the amusement, vending, carnival, laundry and fitness industries, will offer assistance to customers impacted by coronavirus, according to a press release.
"We understand the impact this may have on our customers' businesses," Michael Smith, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Firestone Financial said in the release. "Helping our customers preserve their businesses during this rapidly evolving and unprecedented situation is our top priority."
Firestone Financial customers who are impacted by Covid-19 should fill out the online form to have a member of the rapid response team contact them and present them with the best options based on their specific situation.
Andamiro USA, an amusement machine manufacturer, has advised customers about its measures to prevent coronavirus contamination in the coming weeks, according to a press release. The service, parts, sales and accounting departments will be available by phone during normal business hours and by email at any time.
The Gardena, California, warehouse will continue to receive new products and ship orders.
Payments for the company's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom game will be subsidized and deferred 90 days on a new lease program.
