The hard part of changing vending management systems is the data: the products, prices, locations, machines, and planograms you have already built.
Dryline VMS imports that data from a NAMA VDI 2.0 file, the vending industry's interchange standard, or from a CSV, and exports your catalog back out in the same two formats. Our team runs the import from an export of your current system.

What moves. A coverage table for products, locations, machines, planograms, opening stock, and sales records, by format and by direction.
How the import works. Five stages (validate, stage, preview, approve, apply), with live data touched only in the last.
Safeguards. Re-runs that do not duplicate records, layouts that arrive as versions you can roll back, and a plain-language reason on any row that did not land.
Export. The NAMA VDI 2.0 messages and CSV columns for products, locations, and machines, plus the CSV export of vend transactions.
Machine data. How DEX audit data (EVA-DTS 6.2.2) is delivered by the Rain Pay reader on each machine, validated, and reconciled against dispenses and settlement.
