World Tea Expo Showcases Whats Next in Tea May 6--8 Long Beach CA

LONG BEACH, CA -- World Tea Expo will hold its 13th annual conference and exposition from May 6 through 8 at the Long Beach [CA] Convention Center.

An estimated 4,000 professionals from more than 50 countries will gather to focus on business-building strategies, "what's next" in tea, new products and distribution channels, and how to capitalize on tea's massive growth in the marketplace.

The trade show will include some 200 exhibits.

The event will feature a new "Tea Up for Health" pavilion and education track. It will include sessions on the latest research and consumer trends, types of teas and their health benefits, as well as "how to" information about product development and ready-to-drink teas, issues with labeling, and using the health message to sell tea and tea-based products.

A dedicated area on the exhibit floor will feature tea products that have been developed or marketed to highlight the health advantages of tea.
