Westrock Coffee completes $70M Arkansas production/distribution center

The Westrock Coffee production and distribution center in Conway, Arkansas has been completed, according to a press release.

The project consisted of a 530,000-square-foot industrial facility built on 30 acres, featuring 36-foot clear height, a 13,000-square-foot mezzanine office, 100,000 square feet of air-conditioned production area, power distribution and an exterior enclosed machine room.

The project was completed by Tempus Realty Partners, an Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership.

The facility marked a $70 million investment, according to a talkbusiness.net report.
