Walter Day Collection inducts Kevin Williams

The Walter Day Collection, which documents the video game industry, has inducted Kevin Williams, according to a press release. The collection is a historical project that champions the use of the common trading card as a medium for teaching popular culture, including the video game, e-sports and pinball industries.

With biographies of the world's most influential people, and historic events, the collection was created by Walter Day, the co-founder of Twin Galaxies and the author of numerous world record books. The trading card collection started in 2008 and has grown to document the worldwide video game industry.

"Kevin Williams is clearly a leader of the amusement industry, and we are honored to commemorate his career and accomplishments on a trading card," Day said in the press release.

Williams is a contributing editor to Vending Times and the founder and publisher of the Stinger Report, an e-zine for those working or investing in the amusement, attractions and entertainment industries.
