Venture firm acquires Romania convenience services provider

Integral Venture Partners, a private equity firm active in central and southeastern Europe, has agreed to acquire Romania based O'Fresh Vending Solutions, according to a seenews.com report.

The transaction will make Integral the majority stakeholder along with the CEO and the two co-founders who will remain as co-investors.

Integral made an investment a year ago in Breaktime, a Bulgaria based provider of vending, office coffee and water services.
