MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Football fans attending the Super Bowl here were able to buy the ultimate Minnesota winter souvenir -- hand-packed, ready-to-throw snowballs for $1 apiece – from a vending machine.

The temperature-controlled vending machine, the brainchild of Minneapolis-based marketing agency Space150, was filled with 100 hand-packed snowballs, individually wrapped in leak-proof canisters.
