A survey conducted by Market Buzzz reveals a growing trend in Thailand: the increasing popularity of vending machines, according to a CEO World Magazine report.
More than half, 58%, of Thai consumers prefer purchasing goods from the automated dispensers.
Key factors driving this shift include the convenience and time-saving benefits. Additionally, consumers appreciate the wide range of products available, from beverages and snacks to dairy products. The survey also highlighted the role of diverse payment options in boosting vending machine usage.
While challenges such as limited product selection and inventory management persist, the majority of respondents intend to continue using vending machines in the future.
