Vending machine in Missouri shopping center offers cupcakes

Shoppers at Dogwood Vintiques in Jefferson City, Missouri can buy cupcakes from a glassfront vending machine, according to a News Tribune report.

Shelia and Anthony Carviness, owners of Holy Cakes, introduced the machine this month.

The machine, which has lights to illuminate it at night as well as a cooling mechanism, offers cupcakes baked daily, including gluten-free options and cake pops.

Holy Cakes also offers personalized orders, pies and bread.
