Utz Brands taps Post Holdings’ Friedman as CEO; Lisette becomes executive chairman

Utz Brands Inc., a manufacturer of branded salty snacks, has promoted Dylan Lissette from chief executive officer to executive chairman of the board, effective Dec. 15, 2022, according to a press release.

Howard Friedman, currently chief operations officer of Post Holdings Inc., joins the company as chief executive officer and will serve as a member of the board.

Roger Deromedi, current chairman of the board, will become lead independent director. Lissette will transition to the role of non-executive chairman of the board in the second quarter of 2023.
