Utz Brands Inc., a U.S. manufacturer of branded salty snacks, has named Theresa Robbins Shea executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective today.

Shea joins Utz from True Value Co. LLC, a hardware wholesaler that services independent hardware store owners, where she served as vice president and general counsel since 2018 and as assistant general counsel, labor and employment, since 2007.
