Bingham's Custom Meats, based in Morgan, Utah, will introduce self-serve kiosks to sell its meats using a kiosk developed by ISVPay, a payment platform, and Applestone Solutions, a provider of software for automated retail, according to a press release.
The machine, branded "Bacon Bombs," will be available in Roy, Utah, which is 25 miles from the store in Morgan.
Customers will select their purchase by browsing products on the large digital display and completing their purchase on an unattended and PCI-DSS certified device.
"We wanted to be able to expand our brand and be able to offer our products in locations closer to our customers," Nathan Bingham, owner of Bingham's Custom Meats, said in the release. "Using a 'Bacon Bomb' vending machine was the perfect solution to be able to achieve this."
"Applestone Solutions was able to leverage the ISVPay platform to complete the integration and deliver a seamless payment experience to consumers," Lacey Frenzl, vice president of customer experience at ISVPay, said in the release. "Bingham's is able to leverage ISVPay's robust reporting portal to see sales in real time and has all the tools necessary to manage their processing accounts."
