USA Technologies Inc Appoints Priyanka Singh CFO

MALVERN, PA -- USA Technologies Inc. said it has named Priyanka Singh chief financial officer. She replaces interim CFO Leland P. Maxwell, who will continue with USAT in a senior finance role.

Singh brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including five years in the payments industry. She joins the company from Global Payments Inc. Following the acquisition by Global Payments of Heartland Payment Systems in 2016, Singh was vice-president of product strategy and innovation and division CFO for Heartland Commerce, which focuses on point-of-sale solutions.

Earlier in her career, Singh worked for GE Capital and GE Healthcare. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
