US Foods to acquire Saladino’s Foodservice

US Foods Holding Corp. has agreed to acquire Saladino's Foodservice, a Fresno, California-based foodservice distributor with more than 4,000 customers in central California, according to a San Joaquin Valley Sun report.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Saladino team will join US Foods.

The acquisition is expected to complete in December 2023.
