US Foods names EVP/general counsel

US Foods Holding Corp. has named Martha Ha executive vice president and general counsel effective Sept. 25, 2023, reporting to CEO Dave Flitman as a member of the executive leadership team, according to a press release.
Ha joins US Foods from Medtronic, a medical device and technology company with approximately $31 billion in revenue, where she most recently was vice president, chief counsel of corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and cardiovascular portfolio.
