Universal Space Releases Fun Is App For Family Entertainment Centers

New from Universal Space is a mobile app for family entertainment center visitors. Fun Is is aimed at bringing gamers and their favorite FECs closer together, according to Unis. While some larger FEC chains offer their own proprietary apps, Fun Is provides a free-to-consumer product that is suitable for a single venue or a small chain.
The Fun Is app has been released for iPhones and Androids. The app's name expands on Universal Space's commonly used abbreviated name, Unis.
The new app enables users to find the nearest entertainment venue, access news and announcements relating to their favorite FECs, and make inquiries about events and special promotions. It also plays mini games based on Unis's "videmption" titles and offers ways to earn "fun points" that can be applied to a user's FEC account.
Headquartered in Guangdong, China, Universal Space in one of the world's largest makers of arcade video and novelty games. Its products are distributed in more than 50 countries. It also operates its own FEC chain in China.
