MARKHAM, ON, Canada - UnisTechnology Co. Ltd. (Zhongshan, Guangdong, China) has announced that the arcade version of its Atari Pong table game is now available with a ticket dispenser. The all-new ticket version meets the demand of arcades wishing to incorporate the game into prize-redemption operations.

Unis now markets two versions of Atari Pong. The companion to the arcade model is a cocktail table fitted with an adjustabe-height playfield, so it may be played sitting down (like a classic cocktail-table-style videogame) or standing up. The arcade version, with or without ticket dispenser, is designed for standup play.

The arcade model measures 56" W. x 35" D. x 32" H. the cocktail table version measures 40" W. x 44" D. x 38" H.

Atari Pong is a product of Calinfer Inc., which has partnered with international games titan Unis to make the novel design available to the amusement industry. It grew out of a project undertaken by two hobbyists who sought to emulate the video graphics action and digital dynamics simulation of the original Pong (launched by Atari in 1975) in a new game based squarely on Newtonian mechanics.

Details on the Atari Pong line may be requested by emailing to sales@universal-space.com or calling general manager Steven Tan at (905) 477-2660.

UNVIDEO GAME: Unis Atari Pong games offer an analog simulation of the original coin-op video game Pong. They're available in an "arcade" model (above), now available with ticket dispenser, and a "cocktail table" model with adjustable-height playfield (below).
