LONDON -- Unilever has acquired the holding company of Graze, which has fast become a leading UK healthy snacking brand. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Graze, which offers a range of seeds, trail mixes and snack bars with no artificial ingredients, started with a snack box delivery service. It is now a multichannel brand, with products available via retail stores, ecommerce and direct to consumer.

Unilever is the maker of Lipton tea and Good Humor ice cream. It is a British-Dutch transnational consumer goods company co-headquartered in London and the Netherlands. Its products include food and beverages (about 40%), cleaning agents, and beauty and personal-care products. Its brands are available in around 190 countries.
