UK farm cooperative pilots milk vending machines at retail

Golden Hooves, part of the U.K. farmer cooperative First Milk, has installed its milk vending machines at the SPAR Market store in Nunney, according to a Somerset County Gazette report.

The trial will mark the first expansion of the milk vending machines to a retail store. The machines have previously been installed at farms that produce the milk.

In addition to the regeneratively farmed milk, the machines will offer four milkshake flavors using syrups that are also being trialed for the first time: strawberry, salted caramel, chocolate and banana.
