Tyson Foods Inc. said it will close an Iowa pork plant temporarily due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to a Fox Business News report. A state official said 55 employees, 22% of the workforce at the company’s Storm Lake plant, tested positive for the virus.

Tyson Foods and other meat processors temporarily closed about 20 slaughterhouses last month as workers fell ill with the new coronavirus.
