Tyson Foods builds Kentucky production facility

Tyson Foods Inc. broke ground this week on the site of a $355 million bacon production facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky, according to a press release.

Once operational in late 2023, the 400,000 square-foot facility will employ 450 people and help meet demand for the company's Wright and Jimmy Dean brands.
