METAIRIE, LA -- TouchTunes Interactive Networks and its newest jukebox distributor are hosting a gala open house this week celebrate their partnership. AMA Distributors will welcome operators and other guests on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. to its distribution center at 1525 Airline Dr., Metiairie, LA 70001.
AMA Distributors, a 71-year-old amusement, music and novelty equipment sales and service company, now represents TouchTunes in its home state, as well as in Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas. AMA general manager Keith Beba said TouchTunes has the cutting-edge product the distributorship wants to offer its customers.
TouchTunes' core product is a jukebox line that connects to a network, which now serves more than 71,000 bars and restaurants in North America and Europe. TouchTunes' newest jukeboxes include the Virtuo and Playdium.

Thursday's open house will be hosted by AMA personnel and TouchTunes sales and technical experts, and there will be plenty of food, drink and door prizes. TouchTunes will be giving away to operators a $250 coupon toward the purchase of a new jukebox.
