The video-enabled PC-based vending machines feature connectivity through Microsoft's Azure cloud and a 46" touchscreen interface.
"We have big plans to develop more software, including smartphone-based applications and payment systems for our intelligent vending machines and coffee tower [a new concept] as part of our vision to bring real innovation to the vending industry," said TouchGo founder Per Hovland.
Equity-based crowdfunding is a new way for businesses to raise funds from a broad range of investors through an online platform. Eligible investors receive shares in exchange for capital, which is used to help businesses grow. TouchGo is hoping to raise £250,000 ($377,000) in 31 days through its campaign.
