Topgolf to open in Albuquerque

Topgolf Entertainment Group, a sports and entertainment company, is set to open its newest venue in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Friday, according to a press release. This is the first venue to open in the state of New Mexico and will feature Topgolf's technology-driven multi-level entertainment experience in the heart of Albuquerque near I-25 and Montano Road.

The venue includes 72 climate-controlled hitting bays outfitted with Topgolf's proprietary Toptracer technology, including the game, Angry Birds, as well as offerings such as Jewel Jam and the opportunity to play virtual golf courses including Pebble Beach, St Andrews and more. Guests can also enjoy a chef-driven food and beverage menu in their outdoor hitting bays while safely enjoying the outdoor fun.

For a limited time and in order to be in compliance with local health guidelines regarding capacity, Topgolf Albuquerque indoor common areas will remain closed and guests must book a reservation prior to visiting the new venue.

The venue is equipped with social distancing markers throughout as well as custom-made bay dividers to establish barriers between groups. Bays, golf clubs and game screens will be disinfected after each group, and common areas will be disinfected every hour by roving cleaning teams. In addition, all associates must undergo temperature checks and health screenings prior to each shift.
