CLEVELAND -- New from Tomlinson Industries is a stylish onion ring holder that facilitates novel, eye-catching presentation for operations that offer event catering and executive dining management.

THE HOLE THING: Now available from Tomlinson Industries is this eye-catching server for onion rings and other hand-held perforated foodstuffs. It's available in a choice of round or rectangular underliners; pictured here is the rectangular one, with the 2 ramekins for dip or sauce that accompany it. The rectangular model is formed with recesses for post and ramekins.

The  cast-aluminum fixture consists of a vertical post, 11.25" high x .5" diameter, concentric with an integral 6.5" wide circular dish. Designed for convenient and creative serving of toroidal foods – not only onion rings but also bagels, soft pretzels, doughnuts and more – it features a burnished finish and ships with a circular underliner, or a rectangular one with ramekins for sauces and dips. The circular one is 9" in diameter; the rectangular underliner, which incorporates recesses for the dish/post assembly and two ramekins,  measures 7.5" X 13.5". Both are available in natural finish,  sealed on the top and bottom surfaces with food-safe sealants.
