SINGAPORE -- The city of Nagpur in central India is the latest population center on the Indian Subcontinent to host a Timezone family entertainment center, the 36th in a growing network. The new Timezone venue is located in Nagpur's Trillium Mall.
The new 9,000-sq.ft. Timezone center offers a host of attractions including virtual reality rides, bumper cars for young patrons and bowling for everyone. A centerpiece is the Prize Shop, stocked to the brim with a wide variety of appealing merchandise ranging from plush toys through home décor, utility products and sporting goods to stationery.
Timezone has become the premier family entertainment center operator in India. Timezone reports that it has rapidly grown to be the preferred choice for guests and mall developers alike.
Nagpur becomes Timezone's 36th venue in India. The company noted that four more are in the works, and "we can expect the 40th venue to open before the end of the year."
Timezone is a brand of The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG), which is one of the world's largest family entertainment and edutainment center groups with leading operations across Asia Pacific. TEEG, jointly owned by Quadrant Private Equity and the LAI Group, acquired the international business of Timezone Group in 2017.
