Tigapo helps reopen Family Fun Factory

Tigapo, a cloud-based arcade management and monetization system designed for coin-operated machines, has onboarded Family Fun Factory, a 30,000-plus square-foot location, with laser tag, e-sports, a ninja obstacle course, a virtual reality coaster and an arcade in New Hartford, New York, according to a press release.

Tigapo offers a cashless payment system that is fully contactless throughout the guest experience, including first-time registration, buying credits, playing games and redeeming prizes.

"The Tigapo team spent a lot of time prior to arrival preparing us, but the installation itself only took one day," Joseph Belmonte, Family Fun Factory owner, said in the release.
