Thieves Target Amusement Arcades Along Ocean City Boardwalk

OCEAN CITY, MD -- Police here are searching for suspects in a series of amusement machine break-ins at several arcades along the Ocean City Boardwalk.

According to local law enforcement officials, an investigation into a theft at the Sportland Arcade led to the discovery of similar thefts at Marty's Playland, Funcade Casino and Fun City Arcade. A machine break-in also was reported at an arcade in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Surveillance footage shows thieves breaking into a machine and stealing the coins.
