Theater Concessions Guru Larry Etter To Keynote Atlantic Coast Exhibition

Drawing upon the similarities between theater concessions and vending, Etter will present his keynote address, titled "Two Steps from Stardom," during the "ACE Bright Stars Shine" awards breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 15. ACE takes place Oct. 13-15 at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Etter is senior vice-president of theater services with Malco Theatres (Memphis, TN). He has more than 35 years' experience in recreational foodservice, and has served as a consultant to many theater operators, as well as Compass Group, Eurest Dining Services and Chartwell's. He also assisted in the strategic planning of the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta with Creative Concession Concepts and McDonald's.
