Azkoyen Group patents touchless technology for vending

Azkoyen, a vending equipment manufacturer, has developed and patented Air Touch technology for its machines, which allows the user to obtain the products without having any contact with the surface of the machine, adding safety and hygiene to the purchasing process, according to a press release.

The mechanical push-button or touch-screen panels on vending machines, which can spread bacteria and viruses, are now being replaced by new technologies that work remotely, such as the Air Touch technology featured in Azkoyen Group machines. Thanks to this, the user can select the product they want from a distance of up to 2 centimeters from the surface of the selection panel.

In addition to contactless payments and other related payment systems, the Azkoyen Group also has the Pay4vend electronic payment technology which allows remote payment using mobile devices and Joyco APP, allowing the distance selection and contactless payment on the phone.

Coffetek, a coffee machine manufacturer, will incorporate Azkoyen Group patented Air Touch technology in its products.
