Texas flower farm Freshly Cut Stems has introduced a flower vending machine in downtown McKinney, offering customers 24/7 access to locally grown bouquets, according to a Local Profile report.
The self-service kiosk allows visitors to purchase arrangements without entering a traditional flower shop, reflecting a growing trend toward automated retail in the floral industry.
Owner Jennifer Hadfield said the concept was designed to expand access to farm- grown flowers from the company's Van Alstyne farm while tapping into strong local demand in McKinney.
The machine is restocked multiple times per week with seasonal blooms such as ranunculus and anemones, with bouquet prices typically ranging from $35 to $75. The company is considering additional vending locations as interest in the model grows across North Texas.
