Tech24 acquires Pronto Repairs

Tech24, a national provider of commercial foodservice equipment repair and maintenance, has acquired Pronto Repairs, a provider of foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment repair and maintenance services for hospitals and medical centers in the New York City area, according to a press release. Terms of the transaction were not released.

Tech24's 18th acquisition to date expands technician coverage in the New York City metropolitan area and to the healthcare segment.
